We make sure to give our clients a wonderful and memorable experience. With larger companies, you run the risk of having multiple (and ever-changing) project managers leaving you with communication issues and a less than-productive experience.

Yes, the client can visit the sites at any time they like as we have ongoing projects in most areas around Dubai so the client can visit and have a look at our work for themselves. In fact, we encourage clients to visit the sites more often so they can see the project being built through every stage of the building process. We also schedule on-site meetings once a week to update the clients on the progress and go over any changes that might occur. We believe in empowering our clients with this access so that they feel comfortable, involved, and reassured that their project is in the best hands. This helps prevent misunderstandings, and also ensures our clients are able to voice any concerns or ask questions at every project stage.

Yes, we can provide a detailed estimate for a construction project. The estimate will include a breakdown of all costs associated with the project, including materials, and any other expenses. Once we receive the drawing of the villa from the consultant with all of the specifications of the villa our team of specialized estimators begin to deeply analyze the drawing to determine the quantity of material that would need to be needed for the project starting with the foundation materials such as concrete, block, plaster and other materials used for the construction. We then include the costs of the subcontractors that are also going to be working on this project. For the finishing stages, we include the finish materials specified by the client such as the tiles and paint. Our specialized team focuses on precision in their calculations to eliminate any variations that may occur throughout the building process.
